The Klein Tools K1412CAN Wire Stripper/Crimper is purpose-built for Canadian electricians and contractors working with NMD-90 (Romex®) cable on residential and light-commercial job sites. It quickly removes the outer jacket of 14/2 and 12/2 NMD-90 cable, strips 12–14 AWG solid and 14–16 AWG stranded wire, and cleanly shears 6-32 and 8-32 screws — eliminating the need to swap tools mid-task. The serrated nose bends, shapes, and pulls wire with precision, making it ideal for device rough-ins, panel work, and box fill. Made in the USA with Klein-Kurve® curved handles and double-dipped comfort grips, it reduces hand fatigue during high-volume wiring tasks.
