Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $150

Free shipping applies to all orders over $150 (after any discounts or promo codes are applied, and before any taxes are added) that are shipped through Standard delivery within Ontario

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Oversized items and items over 50 lbs.
  • Remote locations that require air delivery or additional delivery fees.  If extra shipping charges are required for your order, we will contact you by email. You can then choose to pay the extra fee or cancel your order and get a full refund.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and destination.

  • Standard Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within Canada.
  • Expedited Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within Canada.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship anywhere in Ontario. Please check availability at checkout.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships (where available).
  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking information.
