The Greenlee 1/4" cobalt steel pilot drill is the factory replacement for 645 Series hole cutters, engineered to start accurately in stainless steel, mild steel, and other tough materials without walking or requiring a centre punch. Its split-point tip design delivers fast, precise entry with less force, keeping conduit knockout work clean and efficient on the job site. Compatible with Greenlee arbors in the 5/8" to 2-1/4" range, it restores full cutter performance when the original pilot drill wears out.
