This Greenlee 6-32 NC drill and tap bit delivers drilling, tapping, and deburring/countersinking in a single power drill pass — eliminating multiple tool changes on smaller device enclosures, low-voltage brackets, and panel accessories where the 6-32 thread is the standard fastener size. Hardened high-speed steel construction outlasts carbon-steel alternatives, the back-tapered design prevents thread damage from over-drilling, and a secondary deburr/countersink zone beyond the back taper delivers a clean, finished hole without additional steps. The 1/4" quick-change hex shank provides a secure chuck connection and fast bit swaps, with compatibility confirmed for metric and standard Greenlee drill/tap kits rated for up to 10 gauge metal.
