Engineered for electricians and contractors, the Greenlee Kwik Stepper® is a cobalt HSS step bit that drills three precise hole sizes — 1/2", 7/8", and 1-1/8" — without changing bits, keeping your workflow moving on the job site. The split point tip starts on contact without walking, while the cobalt cutting edge outlasts standard HSS when cutting 10-gauge stainless steel, sheet metal, copper, brass, aluminium, fiberglass, and laminates. A 3/8" hex shank seats securely in standard drill chucks and quick-change systems, and the steam oxide finish reduces friction and heat build-up to extend bit life on demanding applications.
