This variable pitch bi-metal hole saw is engineered from highest-grade tool steel with a steam oxide finish that reduces heat build-up, making it effective for cutting through steel, tin, aluminium, fiberglass, wood, and plastic on busy job sites. The deep 1‑5/8" cut depth allows it to pass cleanly through 2x4 studs, making it a reliable choice for rough-in electrical and mechanical work. An extra-thick backplate minimises vibration throughout the cut for greater control and a cleaner finish.
