The NESCO SCI-30 is a 3" steel set screw connector with built-in insulated throat, engineered for professional electricians and contractors who demand reliable, code-compliant terminations on rigid metal conduit (RMC) and intermediate metal conduit (IMC). The insulated throat protects conductors from abrasion at conduit entry points — a critical detail on commercial and industrial job sites where wire integrity directly impacts system longevity. Whether you're roughing in a panel room, running conduit through a mechanical space, or completing a large-scale industrial installation, the SCI-30 delivers the mechanical strength and insulation performance needed to get the job done right the first time.
