The NESCO ASB-8 is a Size #8 anti-short bushing engineered for larger MC and AC cable installations — the kind you encounter on commercial feeders, industrial service entrances, and heavy-duty branch circuits. When you terminate 2 IN to 2-1/2 IN metal-clad cable, the cut armour edge can abrade conductor insulation and cause short circuits over time.
