This gate valve lockout denies access to open or closed gate valves, keeping maintenance and lockout/tagout procedures safe on the job site. Its hinged, rugged polypropylene body resists impact and chemicals, while the knockout centre fits both OS&Y and rising-stem valve styles. Simply close the cover over the valve handle and secure it with a personal padlock to keep the valve isolated until work is finished.
